What happens during an Individual Sound Healing Session?
Your session begins with a brief conversation to understand your current emotional, mental, or physical concerns and your intention for the session. You will then relax comfortably, fully clothed, while therapeutic instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing sounds are played around you.
There is nothing you need to do during the session. Simply relax, listen, and receive. Many people experience a deep sense of calm, mental stillness, emotional release, or profound relaxation. Every experience is unique, and your session unfolds according to what your body and mind need in that moment.
Do I need any prior experience with meditation or sound healing?
Not at all. Individual Sound Healing Sessions are suitable for everyone, including complete beginners.
Many people who struggle with traditional meditation often find sound healing easier because the sound naturally guides the mind into a relaxed and meditative state. There is no right or wrong way to experience a session. You don’t need to clear your mind, focus on your breathing, or have any special knowledge.
